Kansas State University invites applications for the position of Associate General Counsel. The successful candidate will perform legal research, client counseling, internal dispute resolution, policy review and development, contract review and negotiation, legal presentations and training seminars, litigation, and other duties concerning the full array of legal issues arising in the context of higher education. The successful candidate will provide advice and representation to University administrators on issues including employment matters, discrimination, constitutional rights, tort liability, contracts, corporations, real estate, tax, intellectual property, immigration and other legal matters.
