Reporting to the Assistant Vice President for Student Engagement & Dean of Students, the Director of Campus Recreation provides departmental leadership for all aspects of operations, budget, programming, student development, and departmental collaboration. The Director manages staff and acts as a liaison with administration, students, and community. The Director manages Campus Recreation, intramural facilities and outdoor recreation co-curricular programming serving approximately 15,000 students, faculty, staff, and community member. This person serves the interests of all Campus Recreation customers, ensures smooth operations and guarantees quality customer service for all constituents. In addition, the Director assists the Dean of Students with programs, activities, and tasks related to the overall mission of Student Development.
