The Hope 4 All Coordinator for Northwest Missouri State University will lead the Hope 4 All Initiative campus-wide. The Coordinator will be responsible for aligning all mental health and resiliency projects under the scope of Hope 4 All. The coordinator will need to create an infrastructure of well-being and support for all students, faculty, staff, and local community with the goal of bettering the Northwest and Maryville communities. The Coordinator will work with the Hope 4 All Advisory Board. This position is grant funded for 3 years.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Project implementation
- Grant management
- Managing marketing campaign
- Work in a team to develop and implement a leadership, resilience, and wellbeing training program
- Specialized presentations on mental health, resiliency, and life skills
- Scheduling, recruiting, and presenting mental health crisis response trainings
- Advise mental health peer coaching
- Promote additional programming, including but not limited to: student recreation, student involvement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Active member of the Bearcat Living Communities team; including planning major events for BLC
- Active member of Maryville Partners in Prevention, with a focus on community outreach
- Administration of Mental Health Screening Day
- Implementation tracking of C-SSRS
- Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education with experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired.
Certification/License: 1-year experience in a related program or field.
Skills: Communication and interpersonal skills necessary. Ability to organize and coordinate efforts to accomplish campaign objectives.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Master's Degree in a relevant field
