The College of Engineering at Kansas State University is seeking a full-time Assistant Dean for Diversity, Retention and Inclusion.

The Assistant Dean will play a pivotal role in developing and guiding the College of Engineering’s comprehensive strategy for undergraduate retention, diversity, and inclusion. This will include leadership, mentoring, training, implementation and oversight of programs to build upon and enhance our existing operations within the college. The Assistant Dean must have leadership experience and accomplishments in working and providing direct support for underrepresented students. This is a 12-month, full-time, non-tenure track, 5-year renewable term position.

Salary Range: $70,830-$116,860
