Position Summary
Provides leadership and oversight of all programs, activities, policies, personnel, budgets and special projects of the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) Resource Center; supports LGBTQQIA (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, and asexual) students and, more broadly, people with marginalized (a)genders and (a)sexualities at the intersection of multiple identities; collaborates with other identity-based offices to advocate for equity in educational spaces at the intersections of multiple minoritized identities; ensures an efficient and effective program to provide services for LGBTQIA students, staff, and faculty while educating the campus about LGBTQIA concerns. This position is a joint report and has responsibilities both within the Division of Student Affairs and the Office of Equity and Diversity (OED).

Environment
The University of Utah is located at the foot of the Wasatch Mountains in the state capital of Salt Lake City, Utah.
