The Assistant Director of Community Standards will join a highly selective, tight-knit community of approximately 1,850 students and over 800 employees at Hamilton College in central NY. As a full-time professional in the Division of Student Life, the Assistant Director of Community Standards will play an integral role in creating a community of respect and support at Hamilton. The Assistant Director of Community Standards is responsible for creating and implementing Hamilton’s Sexual Misconduct prevention curricula, as well as assisting in the coordination of institutional adjudication and compliance processes. This position provides a unique opportunity to establish a reciprocal relationship between community engagement and accountability.
