Affinity CallsAffinity Calls are Consortium-sponsored, member-led spaces for members of a particular identity group to gather and find community and support. Spaces are held on Zoom by one or more co-facilitators that are supported by the Consortium's Affinity Call Coordinator and self-determine meeting frequency, time, and topics. If you see an Affinity Call you want to get involved with, email [email protected]. We are also always looking for co-facilitators to share the labor of hosting these spaces, so please reach out if you are interested in learning more about helping out in that capacity! Co-facilitators of active spaces are entitled to a small stipend as a thank-you for the time and energy put into helping make Affinity Calls possible. Current Affinity CallsAll calls are only open to active Consortium members, unless otherwise noted. Queer, Trans, Black, Indigenous People of Color (QTBIPOC)

Starting or Restarting an Affinity CallIf you are interested in starting (or restarting a previous) Affinity Call, please let us know! Because Affinity Calls rely on interest and availability of co-facilitators, it may take some time to establish or not be possible to create or sustain any given Affinity Call space. However, the more interest we hear from members, the more likely it is the requested Affinity Call will happen, so please email us at [email protected], whether or not you would also be interested in co-facilitating the space you're looking for! |
